Are you passionate about social media, do you have a feel for your target group and would you like to design your own projects straight away? Perfect! We are now looking for motivated people to help us take our marketing strategy to the next level. staff-eye GmbH is based in Chemnitz and develops customised software solutions for companies ranging from SMEs to large corporations. We also advise our customers in the areas of IT and internationalisation. We work hand in hand with our colleagues from the staff-eye Group in Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan and the Czech Republic.
Your tasks:
- Development and realisation of online marketing campaigns – from the idea to the post
- Versatile content creation for our (social media) channels
- Targeted development and maintenance of our community
- Performance analysis and optimisation of our measures
- Direct collaboration with various teams to strengthen our brand in the B2B sector
We give it 5 stars for:
- Initial experience in marketing (social media, B2B, services, inbound)
- Interest and/or basic understanding of IT and software development
- Creativity, initiative and a desire to work in a dynamic, international environment
- German and English at least B2 level, Russian would be a huge plus
